The Registration Process for this event is a 3-step process. Before beginning the process, make sure you are eligible to attend this event.
Eligibility Requirements: Only CSH and/or HIV funded partner teams are invited to attend the Strengthening Our Practice: Refining Our Aim NPD event. To be approved, teams must meet the team composition requirements.
Step 1: Review Event Details - Form Teams
Form Teams - Formulate teams with your associates based on your Entity Type and Priority Areas. To be approved, teams must meet the team composition requirements.
Select a Team Lead – The Team Lead will serve as the primary contact on all communications related to the Strengthening Our Practice: Refining Our Aim event. Please select a Team Lead who is a current funded partner.
Gather Information - The Team Lead gathers the name, title, and e-mail for each team member.
Step 2: Lead Submits Team Composition Application
Submit Team - Once Step 1 is complete, the Team Lead may proceed to the NPD Event Registration Step 2 page. At this page, the Team Lead will be asked to submit the Team Composition Application Form for approval by date provided. Step 2 is now closed.
Receive Approval – Team composition will be reviewed and the Team Lead will be notified regarding the outcome of your application. If approved, all team members will receive an invitation to register, instructions for registration, team registration code, and a link to the Event Registration Page.
Step 3: Individual Team Members Register for Event
Register - Once approval to attend is granted, team members will receive email confirmation. Contained in this email will be a link to the Event Registration page.
Proceed with Travel Arrangements - Once registered for the event, individual team members can then proceed with travel arrangements outlined on the Event Information page. *Additional Partners are identified as individuals who work closely with your program on a regular basis to advance your programmatic goals and objectives. These may include other internal staff members who work to promote a coordinated school health approach.
** A Youth Serving Agency Partner is an individual whose work at the community level supports your programmatic goals and objectives.
*** SEAs funded for CSH and HIV may opt to send a CSH-only or HIV-only team. If CSH-only, the team total is 3-4 members.
